To use the MyZone Family software and website, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements

You agree to use our software and website for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate any security features of the software or website, including, without limitation:

• Accessing content or data not intended for you, or logging onto a server or account that you are not authorized to access.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the software or website, or any associated system or network, or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.
• Interfering or attempting to interfere with the use of the software or website by any other user, host, or network.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, design, graphics, interfaces, and functionality of the software and website are the exclusive property of MyZone Family and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the software or website without express written permission from us.

5. Membership Fees and Payments

By joining the MyZone Family, you agree to pay the one-time sign-up fee of ₹2,000. You are also entitled to commissions and bonuses as per the Compensation Plan outlined in our Success Plan. All payments must be made through the methods provided by MyZone Family.

6. Refund and Cancellation

• No Refund Policy: We maintain a strict no refund policy for the membership. Once a membership is purchased, it is considered final and non-refundable.
• Cancellation and Refunds: However, if a user requests a cancellation within 7 days of membership purchase, we will process the cancellation and refund the amount. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used during the purchase and will be completed within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
• How to Request a Cancellation: To request a cancellation, please contact our support team through [Email - myzonefamily365@gmail.com] within 7 days of your purchase. Kindly include your membership details and transaction information in the request to expedite the process. Please note that cancellation requests made after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
• Processing Time: All eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of the cancellation request approval.
• Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our software and website, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms & Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MyZone Family be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the software and website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the software and website following the posting of any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
